Madrid Book Fair Programme with Authors

The 69th edition of the book fair in Madrid is now on. The book fair is a popular affair as was proved by the Queen‘s visit yesterday. There will also be book signings by some renowned authors namely Jordi Sierra Fabra to be found in stall 58. He will be there from 18:00 till 19:25. Then Joaquín Leguina will sign “La luz crepuscular”  in stall 297 from 7pm till 9pm. Andrés Trapiello will sign in stall 201 his book “Las armas y las letras” from 12 midday till 14:00. Lastly, Javier Marias will receive fans in stall 53 and sign copies of his books from 12:00 till 14:00. The big news in this edition of the book fair in Madrid is the availability of content in digital form. Dont miss the mural created by Jorge Gay at the event.Additionlly and consistent with each edition, a theme is chosen and manifested in front of every stall. In this edition the theme is “Espacio y desarollo sostenible” or “space and sustainable development”. In order to achieve this consciousness 66 images and models from the European Space Agency organised by Lunwerg and relevant photographs from all over the world will echo this theme. There will also be the second edition of the aptly named worstsellers. These are the worst selling books the whole year.The fair ends on the 13th of June and it is located on the Paseo de Coches del Parque del Buen Retiro from 10:30 till 14:30 an from 18:00 till 9:30 daily. Attendance is free.
